About the role
Our platform ingests telemetry from sensors and controllers across modern production floors. Machine-learning models catch anomalies and quality patterns — often before production notices. The dashboard you help build turns signals into decisions: which process gets priority, which alert triggers a callout.
Your stack: TypeScript and React — sharpened by an eye for design, interaction, and performance. Our backend is Go. You work closely with the services that feed your frontend, read their code, and shape interfaces together. Everything runs on Kubernetes.
We work in a small, tightly coordinated team. Code reviews and pair programming are a fixed part of the week. Every Friday we share interesting finds from the web and new tools in our show-and-tell sessions. As a frontend developer you work daily with the backend team and the data scientists: your code is the interface where process data and AI predictions become visible for our users.
What are your responsibilities?
- You design and build our dashboard frontend (React, TypeScript) — from the first concept to production rollout on Kubernetes.
- You ensure frontend quality: tests, accessibility, and performance in real production use.
- You shape the design: interaction, visualization, and visual clarity are craft, not decoration.
- You turn Industrial IoT requirements into features that are intuitive to use and visually coherent.
- You shape technical decisions — library choices, tooling, CI pipelines, monitoring — and bring new development practices into the team.
What is your qualification?
- At least three years of commercial frontend experience with TypeScript and React.
- Strong React skills; tests and modern state-management patterns are daily work.
- Design sensibility: interaction, typography, hierarchy, and consistency come naturally to you.
- Strong English, written and spoken.
- Bonus: production Kubernetes practice — deploying your own services, CI/CD, scalability, and monitoring.
- Bonus: experience with or genuine interest in Go in a backend context — you want to work with the backend team on the whole product.
- Bonus: curiosity about AI/ML in the product — chatbots, deep learning, and generative models in real use.

- Real end-to-end ownership of the dashboard: from the first concept of a new feature to rollout.
- The team decides on architecture, tooling, and test coverage.
- Agentic tooling in daily work: Codex, Claude Code, and new development practices — we try them early and use what works.
- Mostly on-site in Stuttgart, Ulm, or Berlin — Industrial IoT projects for customers worldwide, from mid-market manufacturers to DAX corporations.
